  1. 1. General Terms

    These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of drones and related equipment (“Products”) by Precision Drone Spray (“Seller”) to any customer (“Buyer”). By purchasing a drone from us, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

    These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between Precision Drone Spray and the Buyer. They apply to all sales of drones, accessories, and related services, whether purchased online, over the phone, or in person.

    By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms. These Terms are structured to fully protect Precision Drone Spray from any liability or financial loss.

    2. Payment Terms

    • Full Payment Required: The Buyer must pay 100% of the total purchase price upfront before the order is processed.
    • Payment Methods Accepted: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.
    • Order Confirmation: Orders will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
    • Chargebacks & Disputes: The Buyer agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Precision Drone Spray to resolve any issues. Any unjustified chargebacks will be pursued legally, and all costs associated with resolving such disputes will be borne by the Buyer.

    3. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of drone technology and customization, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after payment is made.
    • Non-Refundable Deposit: If a partial payment or deposit is accepted for special orders, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
    • Faulty or Damaged Products: In the rare event that a drone is received in a faulty or damaged condition, the Buyer must notify Precision Drone Spray within 48 hours of delivery for an investigation and resolution.
    • Restocking Fees (If Applicable): If an exception is made and a return is accepted, the Buyer may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

    • Shipping Timeframe: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but may vary.
    • Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the product is shipped. Precision Drone Spray is not responsible for any issues once the product has left our premises.
    • Shipping Insurance: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to purchase shipping insurance if needed.
    • Delivery Acceptance: The Buyer must inspect the product upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery carrier and Precision Drone Spray.

    5. Product Warranty, Durability & Support

    • Manufacturer Warranty: The drone is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be processed through the manufacturer.
    • Built-Proof Design: Our drones are engineered for maximum durability, resilience, and high-performance commercial use. However, Precision Drone Spray accepts no responsibility for damage resulting from misuse, crashes, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operational guidelines.
    • Support & Repairs: Precision Drone Spray offers paid support and repair services if required. Repairs are subject to assessment, and costs will be determined based on damage and required parts.
    • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or accidental crashes.

    6. Liability Disclaimer

    • Regulatory Compliance: The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all Irish drone regulations, including licensing, registration, and operational authorization from the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA).
    • No Liability for Misuse: Precision Drone Spray is not responsible for any damage, injury, legal issues, or financial losses arising from the use of the drone.
    • No Guarantee of Approvals: Precision Drone Spray does not guarantee that the drone will meet all regulatory approvals for commercial or agricultural use in Ireland. The Buyer assumes all risks related to obtaining necessary certifications and authorizations.
    • Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to fully indemnify and hold Precision Drone Spray harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the misuse or improper operation of the drone.

    7. Force Majeure

    Precision Drone Spray is not liable for delays, failures, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or legal changes affecting drone operations.

    8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland.
    • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ireland, with both parties bearing their own costs.
    • If arbitration is unsuccessful, disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
    • Legal Costs: The Buyer acknowledges that any legal claims made against Precision Drone Spray must be filed within Ireland and that the Buyer is responsible for all legal costs incurred in disputes initiated against Precision Drone Spray.

    9. Acceptance of Terms

    By purchasing a drone from Precision Drone Spray, the Buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. The Buyer acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these terms before completing their purchase.
